You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

If you ordered several items, you will likely receive them in separate packages.

These are estimated delivery times which do not take into account any customs or post services delay that may occur due to unforseen circumstances. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure peace of mind.

Note that it happens very rarely but it is your responsibility to pay for your country custom duties if required.

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at contact@nobleinfinity.com

 "I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?"

Please email us at contact@nobleinfinity.com in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.
