Returns & Refunds
We welcome return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Refunds are issued as store credit.

How to Return an Item:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process it and notify you by email.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue your store credit via email. Please note that the original shipping cost of $3.95 is non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Damaged/Not as Described Products:
Returns for items that are damaged or not as described are welcome within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package.

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We aim to save you the trouble of shipping defective products back to us. When you contact us, please include a photo of the product clearly showing the issue you're experiencing. This will help us serve you faster!
