- Select the number of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
- Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.
- In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
- Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
- Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

After placing the order, it will take 24 to 48 hours for us to fulfill your items (preparation from supplier, packaging, etc.). Once your item is fulfilled, you will receive the shipment details via email. It may take 3 to 4 weeks for you to receive your order.
Once the order was placed, we will give you 24 hours for any amendment request. Our 24-hour policy will give you the privilege to do changes, amendment, or cancel the order. But after 24 hours, our Warehouse team will start the fulfillment process and cancellation or amendment of your order will no longer be possible.

For multiple items in one order: Please be advised that the items came from different suppliers and have been shipped separately. You may have multiple tracking numbers in one order.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours after you finish your checkout. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. Otherwise, you may contact us directly at fuwenjie@outlook.com if you wish us to resend it to you.
